Construction is well under way on the second phase of the historic Camillus Mills mixed-use complex in downtown Camillus, NY. This phase is all new construction and will include 48 apartments, a community room, fitness room, prime views of nine-mile creek, indoor/covered parking, upscale finishes, and other amenities. Scheduled completion Spring 2024.
