Owners Bob Medina and Ted Kinder have teamed with local developer Doug Sutherland and architects Bruce and Steve MacKnight to form Franklin Properties, LLC. Specializing in urban infill, this group is focused on redeveloping existing buildings in the City of Syracuse, specifically in the Franklin Square district.
