|Tim Stitt, President of MCK, heads up the company's construction operations. Tim draws upon nearly 30 years of construction experience and has been a key member of MCK’s management team since 1985. He holds a degree from Corning Community College.|
|Jamie Kinder, Executive Vice President, functions primarilty as Project Manager and also assists with estimating, marketing, and day-to-day company operations. Prior to joining MCK in 2004, he spent several years in the financial industry and is a graduate of Cornell University.|
|Robert Medina co-founded the company in 1978 along with Ted Kinder and Irving Candee. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with graduate work at Syracuse University. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Syracuse Builders Exchange and has 40 years experience in the construction industry.|
|Ted Kinder, another co-founder of MCK, possesses a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and an M.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Urban Design and Planning. Prior to founding MCK, Kinder served as a project planner for land development firms in Michigan and Pennsylvania.|
Bob and Ted actively managed MCK until 2013 when company ownership began shifting to the current Principals. Both remain involved in the company, particularly in the areas of development and finance.
Chris Koll, Assistant Vice President, supervises MCK's estimating and job procurement. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with graduate work at Clarion University. Chris joined MCK in 1983.
Larry Clark, is the company controller. He is a graduate of Albany State University with M.S. and B.S. degrees in Accounting and has been a key member of MCK's team since 2007.
Jeff Candee, Project Superintendent, holds a B.A. from Niagara University and a B.S. from Plattsburgh State University. He has been with the company for over 25 years and has acted as onsite superintendent on numerous MCK projects.
Tom Osborne, Project Manager, has worked for MCK since 2003 in various roles, serving as Superintendent on numerous large projects. He obtained a Bachelor's degree from Nyack College.
Mike Jordan, Project Superintendent, has been in involved in various large scale construction projects for nearly 20 years. Mike joined MCK in 2015 and holds a degree from Onondaga Community College.
Ilona Ross, handles MCK's accounts payable, including payroll. She has been in the construction industry for over 25 years.
Matt Donahue was hired in 2017 as an Estimating and Project Manager Assistant. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from SUNY-ESF in Construction Management and has held various positions in the construction industry since 1998.
